Doctor Strange didn't make the cover, but this issue of Strange Tales (with a notoriously low print run) features the first appearance of the Sorcerer Supreme. To be fair, the Torch's tale offers the first pairing of the Wizard and Paste-Pot Pete. Collectors are still after this classic comic for the introduction of Earth's top defender from mystical threats. And with the continuing success of Benedict Cumberbatch as the big-screen Doctor Strange, this book is sure to reach new heights in popularity!
Strange Tales issues have been heating up in popularity over the past few years, and due to the influx of new Marvel movies, it has been increasingly difficult to keep this issue in stock in any grade.
