Alex Toth pencils and inks; Recording Engineers model sheet; 1972; image size 10" x 7"From Hanna-Barbera's animated TV movie sequel to Bewitched comes this character design/model sheet for background recording engineers that were featured in the film, the characters portrayed are based on real people who worked as engineers for Hanna-Barbera. Beautifully captured in Toth's unmistakable style. Toth was the main designer and one of the driving forces of 1970s Hanna-Barbera animation, providing character designs and storyboards for nearly all of the series. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition. Signed by Toth.
Artist Information
Toth began working in comics during the Golden Age at DC where he illustrated Green Lantern and other titles, after returning from military service he began working at Hanna-Barbera on cartoons like Space Ghost and the Herculoids, while continuing to work on comics, particularly in the war genre.
