Louis Williams pencils; rejected Speedy page 2; 1989; image size 10" x 15"Drawn for the Action Comics Weekly Speedy story 'Exiles, Part III' and rejected by DC for being too violent. Great example of pre-inked pencils by Williams. Pencil on board. Art is in excellent condition.
