Incredible Hulk #181 introduced readers to everyone’s favorite mutant, Wolverine. ComicConnect is offering ten copies across the grade spectrum with a stunning NM+ 9.6 copy leading the pack through to a bound volume including issues #171-182. Next, the second most popular Bronze Age key, Giant-Size X-Men #1, offers the second full appearance of Wolverine along with the first appearances of Storm, Nightcrawler, and Colossus. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1 remains the hottest Copper Age key and this auction features a lovely NM- copy signed and sketched by Kevin Eastman. Bone #1 9.4 heralds the beginning of what may be the greatest comic book story ever told.

Modern Marvel highlights include 9.8 editions of Ultimate Fallout #4 in both the variant and direct editions, backed up by 9.6 copies of the same. Amazing Spider-Man #799 9.9 is impossibly rare with only two highest-graded copies. Caliber Presents #1 9.6 & Crow #1 9.6 are tough to find in high grade while Walking Dead #1 9.8, signed by both Kirkman and Moore with a front cover zombie sketch by Moore, continues to be one of the most sought-after comics of the century.
Wizard #1 has been on fire and three different versions are offered, each certified 9.8. Finally, one of the rarest comics in the auction, X-Men #107 9.8 with the Mark Jeweler’s insert, is sure to establish a new record for the comic.
